Full Circle Growing Chicken Manure pellets are from free range hens, they are organic, 100% natural, 100% peat free, 100 % muck (no bedding) produced, dried, pelleted and bagged on our family farm using green electricity.

 

These pellets are an ideal organic feed and safe to use for all established plant life. 

They have a neutral PH and provide nutrients, humus, trace elements and encourage earthworms.

As they are such a potent fertiliser, only a small amount is needed.

Can be used in every area of the garden (excluding acid loving plants).

 

What does our Chicken Manure do?

  • Nutrient rich, potent organic fertiliser

  • Good source of N,P&K

  • Very rich in calcium – great for balancing acidic soils

  • Increases water holding capacity of soil

  • Enhances soil structure

  • Improves drainage

  • Improves aeriation

  • Boosts nutrient retention in soil

  • Encourages earth worms

  • Provides nutirents , humus and trace elements

How to use.

For best results, mix pellets with existing soil then water to ensure the nourishment gets to the roots.  When using with immature plants, ensure the pellets are mixed with the soil as the high levels of nitrogen could be too strong for baby plants.  Apply several days before sowing seeds or planting out small / sensitive plants. Can be applied anytime of the year. 

  • For new beds / plants – apply 7-10 days before planting or sowing any time of the year when you are preparing new beds. Water afterwards.

  • The growing season – Sprinkle evenly over the soil around your plants, gently work in with a hoe, water well afterwards

  • Established plants and containers – apply every 4-6 weeks from March-September. Water well afterwards.

  • Health & safety – always wear gloves, do not overfeed, keep away from stems and leaves.
